Minimum qualifications:

The Global Partner Program team develops ecosystem strategy, partner programs, and programmatic go-to-market support for Google Cloud and its partners. Through Google's services and ISV partnerships, we seek to accelerate customer outcomes through a thriving partner ecosystem.

As the Global Partner Program Manager for Managed Services and Resale, you will help evolve our indirect sales motions to better serve customer outcomes. This includes looking at how to build and evolve our indirect sales motions in areas like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace, cybersecurity among others. You will drive the development and execution of the resale and MSP programs under the umbrella of the PartnerAdvantage partner program. Your work will optimize programs, incentives, and joint successes for these MSP and Resale procurement vehicles.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Possess an in-depth understanding of MSP business models, service offerings, and the unique challenges in the cloud infrastructure, collaboration, and cybersecurity landscapes.
  • Create, implement, and continuously improve partner programs designed explicitly for indirect sales motions for Google Cloud - aligning with their operational models, service delivery methods, and desired customer outcomes.
  • Define business targets, success metrics (KPIs), and collaborate to identify MSSP partners based on market presence, technical capabilities, and growth potential.
  • Communicate the enhanced security posture and differentiated value proposition that Google Cloud solutions bring to MSSP offerings and, ultimately, end customers.
  • Work closely with MSPs, resellers, and internal teams to develop and showcase wins. Design scalable pathways that amplify successes across our MSSP partner network.
