Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Global Procurement Manager to join their dynamic team. With numerous accolades and a national presence, our client operates at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Sourcing and Operational teams, along with the Supplier Quality team for the SBU.
• Implement benchmarks and metrics, including scorecards, to elevate standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee company procurement to optimize costs and enhance the overall quality of sourced goods and services.
• Negotiate multi-year contracts covering a significant portion of SBU spend.
• Collaborate with business leaders to achieve revenue and margin goals for the SBU and platform.
• Ensure compliance with Federal (FAR/DFAR/ITAR), State, and Municipal requirements, including Small Business Reporting.
• Mitigate supply chain risk by cultivating key second-source suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business operations, procurement, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of direct procurement or sourcing experience in a large corporate setting.
• In-depth knowledge of contract preparation, review, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management Software such as QAD, Oracle, ePro, etc.
