The mission of the Core Ads Global PSO team is to help business achieve their performance goals with consistency, efficiency, and scalability, while seamlessly marrying TikTok's most compelling user experiences into advertising experiences.
The Core Ads Global PSO team sits within the Global Monetization Product and Technology (GMPT) organization servicing TikTok For Business. As one of the Product Marketing Manager Leads for this team, you will lead the team and be responsible for setting the global go-to-market strategy for TikTok's performance-focused ad products. You will partner closely with various cross-functional stakeholders in sales, product management, and business marketing to assess key gaps and develop the strategic direction for our performance solutions offerings.
You will use your experience and marketing knowledge to work with performance-based products to develop the strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute their plans, and align with senior product leadership around those plans. You understand market trends and the competitive landscape, and have experience applying those to positively influence advertisers, agencies, and other internal cross-functional partners.
Requirements:
- As part of the broader Core Ads Global PSO team, you will partner with Product leadership, Sales leadership, and Business Marketing to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for TikTok's performance ad products, ensuring clear communication of product value propositions to the market.
- Partner closely with the sales team to deeply understand and synthesize market needs and pain points to inform the direction of product development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives.
- Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok performance advertising products, and create a cohesive narrative to help customers achieve their marketing goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in business or marketing
- 10+ years of working experience in a leading digital media platform, with a focus on, preferably in a go-to-market, product marketing, or strategic sales capacity.
- Expert on how advertisers plan, buy, and measure performance campaigns.
- Experience managing, leading, mentoring, and developing a team of product marketing managers.
- Demonstrated a track record of collaborating with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders from diverse backgrounds in a fast-paced environment to effectively bring products to market.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work in ambiguity in a large, global, fast-paced, and evolving organization.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, storytelling, communication, and written/visual presentation skills.
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels, across geographies, and with various cross-functional partners.
- Excellent business judgment and attention to detail.
- Passion for team culture and team development.
