We are looking for a talented Global Sales Enablement - Sales Training Specialist to join our team specializing in Sales for our BUSINESS SEGMENT Indianapolis IN your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways
  • Supports development, implementation and evaluation of sales training and other Enablement deliverables.
  • Coordinates vendor translations of existing and new training.
  • Works with CLC to ensure training modules are correctly uploaded.
  • Supports independent distributors with access to modules on CLC.
  • Responsible for Connect site content administration for CSU site.
  • Tabulates and compiles/summarizes data from training evaluations and/other surveys.
  • Creates Purchase Orders for the Enablement team.
  • Performs basic updates to e-learning modules.
  • Working with a Sales Training Developer, assists in the formatting/entry of content into eLearning programs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

2 or more years college or university education or equivalent industry experience required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, with attention to detail, required.Experience in a sales organization preferred.Experience coordinating multiple projects and/or client needs preferred.Maintain and publish training metrics through utilization of Microsoft Power BI; ultimately working towards supporting the design and development of new reports and measurements in accordance with the needs of the business.
  • Responsible for coordinating and supporting execution of Global Sales Operations (GSO) Communication requirements through partnership with Corporate Communications; ideally working towards developing Eloqua access and capability to execute communications on own.
  • Support sales professional's curriculum strategy and content development by auditing current content, ensuring proper functionality of Cummins Sales University (CSU) and Learning Management System (LMS) and active participation in content development reviews.
  • Candidates can work anywhere within the US preferred states are Texas, Indiana and Minnesota.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience, range: $65,600.00-$98,400.00. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
