The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

Responsibilities:
- Design advertising commercial incentive strategy and policy impacting multiple regions. This involves analyzing client performance data to propose strategies that drive company initiatives.
- Act as the global point of contact and expert on client deal strategy, constructs, operations, and resolution of deal issues and sales escalations.
- Collaborate with system operations, finance, and legal teams to address systemization, revenue recognition, commercial contracting, and accounting concerns
- Launch tailored training programs and develop pre-sales pitch material to inform sellers of commercial guidelines and efficiently communicate deal details with affected clients if needed

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or direct Deal Desk/GTM roles.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive complex projects independently and effectively communicate insights to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in using numbers and data to inform strategy, with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel functionalities.
- In-depth understanding of standard business practices related to advertising commercial partnerships.
- Preferred experience in designing/executing GTM strategies for a global organization.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment with a "get-it-done" mindset.
