About the Role:

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans and is responsible for development, implementation, and oversight of programs to ensure regulatory and ISO compliance of GMP and GLP facilities.

What you'll do

GMP Cleaning Oversight (40%)
  • Develops, implements, and oversees facilities programs to ensure regulatory and ISO compliance of Takeda GMP and GLP facilities.
  • Coordinate and oversees Facilities programs in a pharmaceutical setting, including plant cleaning/disinfection of 200+ clean rooms, pest control in buildings with GMP activities, and all safety shower/eyewash station and fire extinguisher inspections.
  • Liaison with contractors on turnover progress and resolution of cleaning concerns identified by customers and /or during building walkthroughs. This would include scheduling, supervising, and inspecting routine services performed by outside contractors.
  • Maintains program documentation to cGMP standards which include training, log review, and Maximo CMMS usage
  • Review financial documentation associated with the programs.
  • Ensure quality standards are adhered to.
  • Ensure schedule adherence for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
  • Supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete.
  • Point of contact for brought up communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented.
  • Maintain, assign, and ensure completion of janitorial Tango work orders based on criticality and SLA timing
  • Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
  • Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management. Make suggestions on how to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors.
  • Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
  • Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

What you'll need
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a technical field preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in a cGMP environment.
  • Ability to interpret policy and procedures established by the company, including knowledge of contract documents, specifications, compliance, and product/service quality.
  • Ability to create, review, and revise standard operating procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and proficiency in CMMS, LMS, and Trackwise.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize workflow and coordinate activities within program areas.
