System One is looking to hire a
Google Analytics Consultant for a large organization in the Spring/Houston area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in Google Data Analytics (GA 4) and be self-motivated and detail oriented. Candidates must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card status.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Set up and maintain Google Analytics (GA 4) tracking, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Create and manage custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking to capture critical data points
  • Develop and implement measurement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze and interpret Google Analytics data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create and customize reports and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Analytics features and best practices, and implement them as appropriate

Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics, including setup, configuration, and advanced features
  • Expertise in creating and managing Google Analytics 4 properties
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager for streamlined tag implementation and management
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and their impact on analytics tracking (e.g., GDPR)

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages
  • Understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on tracking implementation
