Group Design Manager Gen AI Conversational Experiences

As a Gen AI Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of conversational designers and prompt engineers in designing and implementing Gen-AI powered conversational experiences for our customers. We are seeking a high-energy, customer-obsessed, tech-savvy leader who can help transform the design team for future skills around prompt engineering, language modeling and bot building, while fostering a culture of creativity and velocity for our team. This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, data scientists, product managers, and UX designers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of highly talented conversation designers who build conversational experiences in QuickBooks bots
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve customer experiences in conversational channels like chatbots and voice assistants
• Develop end-to-end designs for conversational experiences, from ideation to prototyping, to implementation
• Drive customer and business impact via bold, customer-backed AI solutions
• Mentor team members and coach on Gen AI skills to improve the team's collective expertise
• Serve as an expert in conversational design, applying relevant research, design patterns, and industry best practices to create intuitive and engaging experiences
