This opportunity is ideal for a strategic sales operations professional with a strong executive presence, proven experience accelerating success in high-volume/high-velocity sales, and an ability to both drive hands-on execution and partner with other functions.

Responsibilities
How you will contribute
- Lead the Go To Market Sales Operations team for Small Business sales
- Provide thought leadership on sales operational excellence and opportunities to accelerate sales growth
- Lead operating cadences and communications on behalf of the VP of Small Business sales
- Provide reporting, data, and analytics to sales teams through Salesforce reporting and partnering with analytics teams
- Lead key initiatives including strategy, planning, and execution
- Define the blueprint for the technology and process foundation of the sales team
- Be a business partner to the sales leadership team, helping to influence priorities and set direction
- Lead cross-functional teams and projects to accelerate sales growth; Identify, clarify, and resolve key issues and dependencies
