Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a secure, scalable, highly available, cost efficient and user friendly traffic management platform.
• Ensure Engineering and Operational excellence of the traffic management platform.
• Work with Product Management in identifying customer requirements and prioritizing based on business outcome.
• Work with architects on the design, implementation, rollout and maintenance plans.
• Build world class teams. Motivate, retain and grow engineering talent.
