Veeqo (veeqo.com) - a startup which was acquired by Amazon in 2021 - is Amazon's recommended shipping solution for sellers. Our vision is to become the back-office hub for ecommerce sellers, for both their on-Amazon and off-Amazon business. We help sellers manage fulfillment operations across all their online stores, and ship orders to customers at the lowest cost and in the fastest possible time.

*The Role*

The Veeqo marketing team is looking for a customer focused, analytically and technically skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join the team. There are two main components to the role. For the first, the candidate will be responsible for owning dashboard/reporting infrastructure for the marketing team using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau/Quicksight/Metabase) to present critical data for decision-making across marketing. The role will require an end-to-end understanding of data and reporting; This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as outstanding business acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and who enjoys working with large data sets. The successful candidate will be also an expert in creating advanced dashboards, connecting data sources through APIs, and leveraging strong SQL skills to present data in easy-to-digest ways.

The second major responsibility of the Growth Marketing Manager will be launching and managing new demand generation channels, such as Direct Mail and Paid Digital Marketing. The candidate will work autonomously, scoping demand gen opportunities while partnering with creative, operations, and other teams to activate tests and optimize campaigns to drive business growth.

Key job responsibilities

- Own marketing dashboarding and metric reporting, working with different marketing stakeholders and business analysts to establish fast and accurate reporting.

- Leverage strong SQL skills and API experience to automate marketing reporting, enabling more robust testing and campaign optimization opportunities.

- Work alongside Veeqo marketing operations and cross-functional Amazon teams to unlock new ways to target and reach customers.

- Scope and launch new demand generation opportunities, including Direct Mail and Paid Media, establishing testing plans and driving impactful lead generation.

- Partner with other marketing channel owners (SEO/Content, Prospecting Emails, Reengagement Emails, etc) to launch integrated campaigns that increase overall campaign success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

- Knowledge of analytical reporting tools (ie Excel, Tableau)

- Experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.)

- Advanced SQL proficiency

- Advanced Excel skills (dashboarding, automation, analysis)

- Proficient in building dashboards via visualization software such as Tableau, Metabase, or QuickSite

- Experience establishing API connections and configuring integrations with data tools

- Experience running or supporting paid marketing campaigns, such as Facebook ads, Direct Mail, LinkedIn, Programmatic Display, Paid Search

- Experience working with creative teams to inform creative marketing best practices for driving measurable outcomes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience running Direct Mail campaigns

- Thorough understanding of marketing measurement landscape, including regulatory factors (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), 3P cookie deprecation, etc.

- B2B marketing or analytics experience
