Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation
vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in
environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting
preserves.
Responsibilities:
• Implement plans and strategies to cultivate new business opportunities.
• Continuously monitor intelligence on customers, product/purchasing trends, buying cycles, socio-economic
influences to support GSE sales of the various product lines.
• Develop territories, account lists, and mapping of customers and sales professionals in the GSE sector.
• Work with other segments of the company to align efforts and create efficient processes to improve market
penetration in GSE direct space.
• Identify key growth opportunities and prospect target markets for GSE products.
• Travel with territory required circa 50%.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Operations to ensure accurate data is available.
• Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity and inclusion, where everyone, feels heard and understood, empowered
and valued.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or another related field required
• Years of experience: 3 or more years of experience in business development, covered business partner relationships,
or other relevant roles required.
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills for leading primarily remote sales professionals
• Must possess a valid drivers license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies
