We are seeking an experienced and dynamic GTM Growth Lead to spearhead growth programs for Mailchimp's Tech Partnerships channel. This role is pivotal in driving revenue-driving programs with our technology partners. These will be "0 to 1" opportunities, both scaled and direct go-to-market (GTM) motions, collaborating with various stakeholders internally and externally including sales, customer success, marketing, agency partnerships, product, onboarding, and support.

Responsibilities
  • Create & Lead GTM Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive GTM enablement strategies (eg. co-selling with sales & agency teams, scaled integration expert program, 1-to-many program partner enablement) tailored for the Tech Partnerships channel, ensuring alignment with Intuit Mailchimp's overarching business goals.
  • Drive Incremental Revenue: GTM motions will be accretive to Mailchimp's business and require accountability to financial targets as programs mature.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with teams across sales, customer success, marketing, agency partnerships, onboarding, and support to drive cohesive and effective GTM initiatives.
  • Program Leadership: Lead the design, development, and execution of GTM programs to drive growth objectives, managing them to successful completion on time and within budget.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver impactful training programs and materials to equip internal teams and partners with the skills and knowledge required for effective partnership engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of GTM initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine and enhance strategies.
  • Partnership Management: Work closely with our Partner Management team to establish and nurture strong relationships with key executives at our technology partners, fostering collaborative efforts that drive mutual growth and innovation.
  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to continuously identify new opportunities and inform GTM strategies.
