Join us for an incredible opportunity to join our Front Office team as our Guest Experience Specialist at Hyatt Regency Seattle!

The Guest Experience Specialist supports our Front Office Team ensuring our guests have an incredible experience. The Guest Experience Specialist will report directly to the Front Office Manager and responsibilities will include:

• Monitor all Guest Feedback sites including HySat, TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.

• Initiate pre-arrival communication to as many guests as possible with the goal of beginning a dialogue and creating stories

• Analyze survey data and communicating action items pertaining to areas of opportunity

• Service Recovery of Detractors and 'We Care' Guests

• Reinforce promoters by responding to their surveys and creating relationships with guests who are already loyal

• Meeting with our pre-arrival guests at check in or check out

• Analyze past opportunities and create action plants to improve their experience for upcoming reservations or groups

• Communicate goals and results with hotels on a regular basis

• Organizing Amenities for return guests and guests celebrating special occasions

• Responsible for Extended Stay Program

• VIP duties for Meeting Planners and V1/V2 - responsible for ensuring rooms ready for site inspection rooms and Meeting Planner arrival rooms

• Anticipate our guests' needs before the needs are needed

The hourly rate range for this position is $26.25/hour to $26.78/hour. The starting rate is $26.25/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years, which is $26.78/hour.
