The Hilton New York Time Square is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team. Set in the heart of Times Square, our hotel soars above Manhattan, offering panoramic views from our rooms and on-site restaurant. Broadway theaters, shops, and restaurants are just outside our door. Within a mile you'll find iconic New York sites such as The Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Rockefeller Center, and Radio City Music Hall.

What will I be doing?
As a Guest Service Agent, you would be responsible for checking in and checking out guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of Guest Service or Front Office experience. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

What will I be doing?
As a Guest Service Agent, you would be responsible for checking in and checking out guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of Guest Service or Front Office experience. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Assist Front Office leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
- Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
- Provide or obtain accurate information for guests
