COUNTRY Financial is seeking a dynamic experienced, and highly motivated Guidewire Solution Architect to join the Commercial & Agribusiness Insurance Application Development team. As a member of the team, you will work closely with other enterprise and solution Architects, technology development teams and business units during the development and implementation of the new Guidewire PolicyCenter policy administration system supporting all farm and commercial lines of business. This key role will provide oversight and technical direction to teams comprised of business partners and technology team members from COUNTRY Financial, a System Integrator and Software Vendors to deliver solutions.

You will work closely with software vendors, and System Integrator vendors and engage with many areas across the IT department to ensure successful delivery of system functions that meet business partner expectations. You will work with senior leadership to clear blockers and share the successes of the teams.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL, Alpharetta, GA, or Minneapolis, MN.
