A client in the Sunnyvale, CA area is looking for a hardware technical project manager. Our team is expanding and we're looking for experienced TPM to help manage test, characterization, metrology, and data infrastructure for our AR products. As a test TPM, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing test solutions for multiple AR lines of products. This TPM will scope, plan, and deliver test hardware builds and test program releases contributing to the AR products and services. They will work with engineers and product managers, strategically managing projects from development to post launch/in-market. We are looking for TPMs with a proven track record of developing and shipping high quality products and experiences. This role will have the opportunity to work closely with world-class development teams and leaders across the organization to deliver trustworthy experiences into AR products at one of the biggest tech companies in the United States.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years experience as a technical program manager in hardware.
- 3+ years of test engineering, systems engineering, or hardware engineering experience.
- B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with release management tools and systems.
- Project management skills with demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
- Prior experience with Meta can be considered to supplement an applicant's prior years of experience or types of prior experience to meet the minimum qualifications of the position.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in the semiconductor space.
- Experience implementing and managing software release management process for 0 to 1 consumer device products.
- Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines.
- Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system.
- Experience and / or knowledge of Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) preferred, as many of our vendor / partners are located in Taiwan
