Located in Mount Vernon, our community offers top-notch Memory Care to our seniors, specializing in dementia and Alzheimer's. We are actively creating a culture of wellness and purposeful living for both residents and employees.

Simply put, as a HCA/CNA/Caregiver within our wellness team, you will:

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile
• Implement residents' care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day
• Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

$20.00 - $22.00 /hour
*Depending on Experience

Type:

Full Time:

• Day shift ( 7am - 3pm)
  • Sunday through Thursday
• Evening shift (3 pm - 11 pm)
  
  • Friday through Monday
  • Thursday through Monday

Part Time:

• Day shift (7 am - 3pm)
  
  • Sunday and Monday
• NOC Shift (11 pm - 7 am)
  
  • Saturday through Monday

On Call:

• Various Shifts/ Various Days

Full Time $1,000 Sign On Bonus for associates with Memory Care Experience

• $500 paid at 90 days of employment
• $500 paid at 180 days of employment
• Bonus eligibility - Continuous full-time employment, good standing and no unexcused absences

Part Time $500 Sign On Bonus for associates with Memory Care Experience

• $250 paid at 90 days of employment
• $250 paid at 180 days of employment
• Bonus eligibility - Continuous full-time employment, good standing and no unexcused absences
