OTF Napa is looking for a positive, high energy, servant leader to lead its elite coaching team. Our next leader is proficient in OTF coaching and ready to empower the OTF Napa team to learn and grow in 2024!

As a Head Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

• Lead/manage the current coaching team/develop new coaches through the OTF training model
• Build OTF Napa attendance, retain current clientele and achieve monthly revenue targets/KPIs
• Oversee the coach team's development with monthly template rollout meetings and timely performance reviews
• Meet weekly with franchisee/studio manager to discuss performance, sales and operations
• Assist in scheduling duties and be available in case an emergency sub is needed

Additionally, you'll need to meet these requirements:

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
• Be AED/CPR certified

After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
