Job Summary/Basic Function

This position will perform the following duties and functions:
  • Prepare meals for children in the Melba S. Lehner Children's School.
  • Meet all requirements for the Utah State Food Program.
  • Weekly grocery shopping and occasional shopping for other supplies as needed.
  • Weekly record keeping and paperwork.
  • Maintain Department of Health Standards.
  • Attend annual State Food Program training.
Required Qualifications

State of Utah Food Handlers Permit is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working within a facility kitchen is preferred.
