Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced technical CRM leader to lead our CRM IT Application Engineering group. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with extensive expertise in Salesforce and other advanced marketing tools. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee the development and execution of our CRM strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of the CRM systems, primarily Salesforce, to ensure they meet the organization's requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of various marketing tools and platforms with the CRM (Salesforce) system to enhance marketing automation and customerinteraction and manage a team of CRM developers, analysts, and administrators, providing leadership, guidance, and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, customer service, and IT to ensure CRM strategies are effectively implemented and integrated across all channels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing AEM's Java Content Repository (JCR), OSGi framework, and Apache Sling for building scalable and efficient web applications is critical.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in data handling and privacy in life sciences and healthcare domains.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent practical experience plus 10 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, JavaScript, or Apex.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics and Target.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field plus 12+ years of experience
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Developer, Certified Salesforce Application Architect ).
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Asana.
  • Adobe Experience Manager implementation experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000 - $230,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
