Description
We are looking for a senior leader to head up the quality engineering organization for media services and data. This role will oversee 100+ full-time employees who develop quality engineering systems and tests. The team is responsible for qualifying a large number of diverse systems that all operate at massive scale - from server APIs powering our media experiences, to the machine learning stack underlying intelligent search and personalization, to data pipelines that produce business-critical datasets.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a track record of developing people, processes, and teams. You have a track record of driving quality through tools, systems, and automation, and possess a strong background in software development. You are also a team player, eager to collaborate and establish partnerships with other quality and engineering organizations.
