Job Description
Looking for a full time Head Tennis & Pickleball Professional at Olde Cypress, an exclusive private club located in North Naples, Florida. There are 4 outdoor LED lit American Red clay tennis courts and 2 outdoor LED lit hard court pickleball courts.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assist Director in all aspects of the job, including teaching privates, clinics, round robins and organizing fun events throughout the season for both tennis and pickleball for all ages.
• Must be passionate about customer service, an active communicator with members and coworkers and be able to accurately schedule and bill lessons.
• Looking to build a junior program and add fresh ideas and fun to this already vibrant luxury STOCK community.
• Must be enthusiastic about junior camps in during summer.
• Must be available Monday through Saturday or Tuesday through Saturday.
• Proficiency in RainBird is ideal.

Olde Cypress has full time maintenance company, so no maintenance needed other
than daily upkeep of courts. This include but is not limited to picking up trash and recyling from tidy buckets, blowing of PB courts and tennis pads, and putting out cups and towlels daily. Applicant must be USPTA or PTR certified, have a minimum of 5 years professional service and hold a 4.5+ rating. Must be available 5-6
days a week.

Compensation includes a base salary, hourly rate for clinics, and a percentage of all
their private and group lessons. It is a full-time position that includes health insurance,
dental, vision, and 401k, paid vacation, and even employee meals 5 days per week
