Demonstrated knowledge of Federal / country-specific and state / local regulatory requirements for OSH matters
Perform general health and safety walkthroughs and inspections on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Conduct incident investigations to assess root cause and identify correction actions
Complete routine program implementation self-assessments to include deploying new program requirements at a location(s); including but not limited to fire prevention, industrial hygiene, machine safety, fall prevention, robot hazard control, as examples.
Become knowledgeable in all processes, tools in location of responsibility to enable successful completed of operational risk and PPE hazard assessments
Lead monthly safety committee meetings
Support emergency response activities to include initial response and follow-up investigation with cross-functional partners from facilities, labs and security
Lead equipment risk assessment evaluation for low-risk tools and processes

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with risk assessments
- Consumer product background
- 5+ years in an EHS position
- Experience with lab spaces
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
