Under the supervision of the Administrator I, Health & Safety Unit, the incumbent demonstrates flexibility while working within the framework of rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees by assisting with the planning and implementation of comprehensive environmental and occupational Health & Safety, Wellness and Employee Assistance Programs. Performing a variety of tasks and analytical work in support of FTB's mission, strategic plan, and core values, the incumbent will assist the Health and Safety Unit and EAP/Wellness Coordinator in administering safety programs, EAP services, and Wellness program activities and events. Demonstrates a positive attitude and a commitment to provide customers with accurate and timely information. The division of workload between duties will fluctuate based on operational needs.

Appointment may become full-time.
