Job Description:

We are exclusively recruiting a Health and Welfare Benefits Associate to support our client's benefits team in administering and managing health, welfare, and wellbeing programs for employees in the U.S. and Canada. This role is fully remote with working hours aligned to CST and offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team within a fast-paced, global consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer U.S. and Canada health, welfare, and wellbeing programs, including process documentation, policy updates, and data management.
  • Assist the Benefits Manager with Canada renewal activities, including employee communications and enrollment processes.
  • Manage ongoing administration of group benefit plans in Canada, including new hire enrollments and record maintenance.
  • Support vendor relationships through scheduling, communications, and process documentation.
  • Respond to employee escalations and HR inquiries related to benefits programs.
  • Support with annual compliance filings and assist with ad hoc data requests and special projects.
  • Contribute to benefits projects in Switzerland and the U.K. as needed.


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration.
  • Experience in leave and disability administration is required.
  • Technical skills with Workday are highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
