Healthcare Enrollment Specialist

LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading Specialty Pharmacy company in Palatine, IL, to find an Healthcare Enrollment Specialist. This role will be hybrid, Monday through Friday, with 2 days per week remote after 2 weeks of fully onsite training. Healthcare Enrollment Specialist Requirements:

• Entering and updating account information for new enrollments
• Locate all lines of eligibility for patients
• Resolve rejected pharmacy claims and document the steps taken in the enrollment process
• Enter patient enrollment information into pharmacy operation systems
• Submit eligibility requests through available portals to find insurance coverage information for new enrollments
• Troubleshoot and resolve pharmacy claim rejections for both new and refill patients

Healthcare Enrollment Specialist Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in pharmacy related data entry
• 1+ years of submitting pharmacy claims and resolving rejections
• Knowledge of medical insurance
• Able to multitask
• Able to work well in a fast-paced working environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to type 40 WPM and maintain accuracy
