Shift: PST (Pacific Standard Time-- 9.30pm--5.30 am IST)

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with a minimum of
3 years of experience in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep
understanding of the US healthcare system, including knowledge of various medical
specialties, licensure requirements, and regulatory compliance. As a Healthcare Recruiter,
you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill
healthcare positions within our organization or for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, networking, and referrals to identify and attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific healthcare roles.
• Ensure all candidates meet regulatory and compliance standards, including licensure verification, background checks, and credentialing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication, feedback, and support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and practices.
• Work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and facilitate the recruitment process
• effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in the US healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, roles, and specialties.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools.
