A large automotive information technology organization is looking for a help desk to support MTCA business unit in Plymouth, MI. This person will provide first response /Level 1 help desk support to guide and address various user problems. Troubleshoot network, M365, operating system, and hardware problems, including printer, laptop, and desktop issues. The analyst will coordinate end users to subject matter experts with administrative authority and to correct authentication/access issue. Manage asset returns and asset management as well as log all calls and keep accurate records of call information in database.

*This person must come on site 5 days a week in Plymouth, MI - Mobis Facility.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of IT Help Desk and desktop/laptop support experience

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, and network

Detail oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

BA/BS Diploma or equivalent experience

A+ or Microsoft Certified

Korean speaking
