Help Desk, IMAC Coordinator - Hardware/ Windows 10 & 11

Intro:
The IMAC Coordinator will oversee the delivery, installation, moves, and changes of computer equipment and peripherals for end users. This includes laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and host components. The role involves coordinating support for various real estate projects for US Wealth Management locations across the country and deploying new equipment to both new and existing staff.

Job Details:
This is an on-site role located at 250 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN. The position is for a duration of 12 months, requiring 40 hours per week. The candidate must be available to work evenings and weekends on occasion.

Mandatory Skills:
- A+ certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT Technical Help Desk support experience.
- Proficiency in handling general end-user equipment hardware such as laptops, PCs, monitors, and printers.
- Familiarity with hardware setup and installation and navigation of Windows 10 and 11.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer service orientation.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
