- General Work (KISAM Service Manager) - Technician: Contractor shall perform basic troubleshooting and repairs. Contractor shall prepare and submit various documents to support the work. Contractor shall perform ticket management.
- Desk Side Technician II - In addition to the general work above, perform work with elevated administrative rights. Contractor shall:
- add computers to the domain.
- manage the computers while on the domain.
- remove computers from the domain.
- search the hard drives for user data.
- use software to capture user data and move to target system.
- install software on new computer system.
- Maintain, catalog and inventory control of assets identified for special handling.
- Desk Side Technician II - In addition to the general work above, perform work with elevated administrative rights. Contractor shall:
