  1. General Work (KISAM Service Manager) - Technician: Contractor shall perform basic troubleshooting and repairs. Contractor shall prepare and submit various documents to support the work. Contractor shall perform ticket management.
    1. Desk Side Technician II - In addition to the general work above, perform work with elevated administrative rights. Contractor shall:
      1. add computers to the domain.
      2. manage the computers while on the domain.
      3. remove computers from the domain.
      4. search the hard drives for user data.
      5. use software to capture user data and move to target system.
      6. install software on new computer system.
      7. Maintain, catalog and inventory control of assets identified for special handling.
