Insight Global is looking for a REMOTE Help Desk specialist to join one of our clients. This individual will be responsible for completing 15-40 tickets dependent on the client. This person will be joining a fast paced team environment. We are looking for someone with the ability to articulate high profile tickets both verbally and written.
