These are entry level roles, however some sort of technical background is preferred. Service Desk
Location: Dallas, TX, 75230
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
Contract lengths: 3-5 months depending on position as there are multiple openings
Job Description:
• Provides helpdesk support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, tickets, email and personnel requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
