Help Desk Support Technician

Now hiring for a temporary Help Desk Support Technician!

Candidates must reside locally for this fully on-site role in Oldwick, NJ!

Compensation: $24.00/hour

Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Supports team with set-up and installation of basic hardware/software and networking components to meet personal computer needs both in the office and while remote
• Proper preparation, delivery and maintenance of desktop and other end-user equipment
• Escalate issues as appropriate

Skills:

• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact with customers and other support personnel
• Team player with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company
• Experience providing hands-on support to desktop and infrastructure hardware
