Onsite Job: Helpdesk / Desktop Support Specialist 2
Work Location: San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Education: High School Diploma
Work Schedule/Shift Expectations: 40 hr/wk, 1st shift, 9-5/8-4 (flexible depending on customer)


Job Description:
• Troubleshoots moderately complex delivery systems or network issues and escalates problem as appropriate.
• Assists with basic computing delivery systems configuration management.
• Performs basic end-user training.

Required skills/qualifications:
1. Security+ Certification

Preferred skills/qualifications:
1. Experience supporting software development environment.
2. 2+ years' experience in Linux application.
3. 2+ years' experience in Windows Active Directory Management.
4. 2+ years' experience in Windows Updates.
5. 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Windows Environment.
6. 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Windows.
7. 2+ years' experience in Linux.

Physical demands (if any): Some items demand 2 man lift

Education: Minimum High School Diploma.
