Are you a dedicated Home Health Aide with an active NY Home Health Aide Certificate? We want you on our team!

Shifts Available: 8-12 hours, both day and night shifts in Nassau County. Immediate openings!!

Starting Pay: $24-$25/hr with opportunities for up to 20 hours of OVERTIME!

Responsibilities:

• Perform home management tasks including housekeeping, laundry, shopping, accompanying to appointments, and errands
• Prepare and serve simple modified diets according to instruction and assist with feeding
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication as specified on plan of care
• Observe and report all changes to the RN Manager
• Demonstrate competence in performing necessary skills
• Complete all other duties assigned within the HHA scope of practice

Requirements:

• Must have an active New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
• Must have at least 5 year of HHA experience
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Fluency in English
• Driver License or reliable transportation required
