Assigned 8 hour shift between 8am-11pm Monday - Sunday (Must be open to hours)

Job Duties

High Volume inbound/outbound calls
Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Adheres to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures
Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives)
Ideal for those with previous customer facing call center experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Must be able to provide Proof of completion)
• 1 year of customer service experience with same company
• Attention to detail and be able to work under deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skills
