HMI Software Engineering Lead

Day to Day:
We are looking a HMI Software Engineer Lead to join our Defense Client in Sterling Heights, MI. In this role youd be responsible for managing a team of developers which a focus on backend development, and a team of UI/UX designers. The successful candidate in this role will have previous experience managing a team of engineers and developers as well as a strong background in Infotainment or Graphical User Interface.

Compensation:
$140,000 - $155,000
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- 7 years of management experience
o Overseeing 3-7 team members
- Strong experience in Graphical User Interface (GUI)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of DoD processes and procedures
