About the Job

Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers based in Landover, MD, to support our dedicated customer hauling grocery in a reefer trailer. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

This position has a collective bargaining agreement with pay increases built in continuously over four years. Driver will earn $72,000 - $77,000 per year for the first year and are paid based on route, either hourly or miles and stops. Top earners are over $104,000 per year.

Schedule

Enjoy being home daily with 4-day and 5-day work weeks and consecutive or split days off. Current shifts available are Thursday through Monday, starting at 4:30 p.m., or Wednesday through Sunday starting between 12-3 a.m. Drivers will average 40-45 hours per week, based on current route available.

Equipment

Drive an automatic late-model Day Cab or Sleeper with refrigerated trailers. This is driver assist grocery delivery via electric pallet jack.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• Additional qualifications will apply
• 9 Months of verifiable Tractor-Trailer experience is required
• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
