Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Home Health Nurse Administrator to join our Beaverton office. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of home healthcare operations, Medicare certification processes, and state-specific regulatory requirements. This role is crucial for ensuring our Beaverton office meets all necessary standards to obtain Medicare certification and provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Beaverton office through the Medicare certification process, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to meet Medicare standards.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring clinical practices and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Beaverton office, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in home healthcare regulations and ensure the office remains compliant.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align the Beaverton office's operations with the overall strategic goals of Vancouver Home Health Care Agency.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and high employee morale.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oregon.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in home health nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Medicare certification requirements and state-specific home health regulations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
