We are looking for an experienced Home Health Nurse Administrator to join our Beaverton office. This role is crucial for ensuring our Beaverton office meets all necessary standards to obtain Medicare certification and provide high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Beaverton office through the Medicare certification process, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to meet Medicare standards.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring clinical practices and implementing improvements as needed.
- Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between the Beaverton office, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in home healthcare regulations and ensure the office remains compliant.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align the Beaverton office's operations with the overall strategic goals of Vancouver Home Health Care Agency.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and high employee morale.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oregon.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in home health nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare certification requirements and state-specific home health regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
