Home Loan Specialist

The Home Loan Specialist I - Title Review is an entry level role supporting various Channels. The individual acts as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Responsibilities may be limited within a specific function/channel or across functions/channels. This person will perform tasks that require knowledge/skill to identify curative issues and resolve in a timely manner. The associate will communicate with clients, borrowers, internal staff, and outside agencies to resolve title clearance issues in a timely manner, consistent with company-defined standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Career-driven individual looking to learn and grow their knowledge in the Financial Services industry (lending institutions or banks)
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite applications
Strong written communication skills - capable of communicating via email

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience using Encompass or similar home lending software
Previous Mortgage or Title Experience

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
