Insight Global is seeking a Hospital Security Dispatcher to support a large healthcare system within the state of Oklahoma. This person will be responsible for the monitoring video surveillance, receiving emergency calls from patients, hospital staff, etc., and relay critical information between hospital staff, emergency medical technicians, and other relevant parties.

Additional Responsibilities May include but are not limited to

* Emergency Call Handling

* Gathering crucial information including the nature of the emergency, location, and details.

* Communicating with and dispatching appropriate emergency responders.

* Follow established protocols and guidelines for emergency dispatch.

* Collaborate with law enforcement, fire departments, and other agencies as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Must haves:
• 2+ years of experience in first responder dispatch.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make quick decisions.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in using communication systems (two way radio, etc)
• Must be able to pass a background/drug screen (even if candidate has a medical marijuana card) no exceptions.
