As a Registered Nurse in the Rehabilitation setting, you'll play a crucial role in the recovery journey of patients. Your responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, implementing personalized care plans, and administering treatments aimed at restoring health and functionality. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and provide support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process. Responsibilities:

• Effectively conducts patient assessments and identifies patient needs
  
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
  
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
  
• Ensures timely and precise documentation of medical necessity in patient records
  
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
  

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or eligible compact state licensure.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in the Rehab or Medical-Surgical setting.
  
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
  
• CRRN Preferred
  
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinical priorities.
  
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
