Sapphire Hudson Valley Region is looking for an energetic, driven individual to serve as a Hospital/Community Liaison to build referral base, coordinate admissions and oversee all marketing initiatives for its group of facilities. The Hospital/Community Liaison will coordinate and implement effective facility marketing and sales programs in the area as well as establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners to build referrals and develop and implement long-range and short-term sales plans.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains awareness of admitting and attending physician's opinions and challenges;
• Actively seeks out and identifies new referral sources;
• Maintains a current prioritized account list;
• Maintains a current target list of potential new referral sources;
• Effectively networks with current and past customers to solicit referrals;
• Maintains an active involvement in the community organizations and associations;
• Maintains a current target list of potential new referral sources;

Qualifications :

• A college degree in Marketing, Business or healthcare field preferred;
• Experience in Health Care Sales, Marketing, Insurance or commensurate education is preferred;
• Knowledge of value based selling;
• Proven track record in healthcare sales preferred;
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements;
