Hospitality Assistant (Temp)

About This Role:

The part-time, temporary role of Hospitality Assistant is your opportunity to coordinate and support customer-focused programs within Housing and Dining Services (HDS).

Responsibilities include front-of-house activities in designated retail venues and coordination of the HDS game day parking program during the KSU football season. Duties include:

• Coordinate front of the house operations at assigned retail venues. Engage with guests to create a welcoming experience and high level of guest satisfaction. Provides training and leadership to customer-facing employees and supports overall management objectives.
• Plan and coordinates KSU football gameday parking for designated HDS parking areas. Ensures organized parking operations to support a positive Wildcat fan experience.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• One year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in front-of-house retail or foodservice operations.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Enthusiasm for both coffee and customer service.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work variable work schedule including week-ends and evenings.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
