The Host/Greeter position will be the first point of contact for guests entering our esteemed restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to provide an exceptional level of hospitality and ensure guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. You will coordinate seating arrangements, manage reservations, and assist guests with any inquiries they may have. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guest needs will contribute to the overall excellence of the dining experience at the Sur House Restaurant.

The hourly rate for this opportunity is $16.00 This is the pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay.
