Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs.
- Direct patrons to coatrooms and waiting areas such as lounges.
- Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
- Inform patrons of establishment specialties and features.
- Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
- Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers' concerns are addressed.
- Provide guests with menus.
- Maintains clientele's proper dress code standards.
- Receive and record patrons' dining reservations.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
Required:
- One (1) year previous experience in a high volume customer service position
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred:
- High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent.
Licensing Status
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation.
- Will require a post-offer, pre-employment and random drug screening.
- Must obtain and maintain a New Mexico Alcohol Server's License within 30 days of hire date.
Working Conditions
- Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
- Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.
- Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
