The VIP Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the VIP guest rooms assigned, including preparing the room and communicating with other departments. The ideal candidate will have a desire for exceptional cleanliness and passion to prepare the rooms for not only our VIP guest but also World of Hyatt Elite Members and Group Meeting Planners. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests is preferred.

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
• Must have open availability 7 days a week.
• Must be able to work 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Saturday and 9:00am to 5:30pm Sunday.
• Previous hotel Housekeeping experience preferred.
