Responsibilities

The House Supervisor serves as a resource/facilitator for patient care and assumes responsibility for Patient Care Services/Nursing Administration and Directors/Managers duties on nights, weekends, holidays and weekdays when other hospital and Department Leaders are not available. This person makes rounds on the patient care units and is available as needed for issues that benefit from management help and/or intervention.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Idaho
• BLS required
• ACLS within 90-days of hire
• PALS within 1 year of hire
• Must have excellent public relations and leadership skills with the ability to successfully prioritize workloads, show initiative, analyze situations, and work intelligently under pressure and time deadlines.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• BSN degree preferred
• Three years Medical/Surgical or Critical Care experience preferred
• Three years Management/Leadership experience preferred
