Please join our Housekeeping team as a supervisor.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE?

Management of day to day housekeeping duties

Room Inspections

Good communication skills

Ability to push, pull and carry a moderate amount of weight

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Previous supervisory experience preferred

Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damage to management.

Ensure compliance to safety guidelines and labor laws

Adhere to established procedures for handling lost and found items and guest belongings.

Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.

Ability to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight (e.g., lifting mattresses, pushing carts).

Full open availability, including weekends and holidays.

Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic and reliability.
